  • Medically Managed Weight Loss – These programs are usually offered through a clinic and managed by a licensed healthcare professional, such as a doctor, nurse, registered dietitian, and/or psychologist. They typically include nutrition education, exercise programs, and behavior therapy and often incorporate total meal replacement.
